By far the most popular and longest running coooking class! This hands-on class, led by Joan Heitman, our breakfast cook, is offered on December 3, 9 and 11. Innkeeper Ellen and Joan carefully select five different recipes for you to make and eat. Class includes instruction, recipes, lunch and taking home a box of cookies.
